Peter was born and raised in Inuvik, NT, what he also refers to as, "The Land of the Midnight Sun". He has been taking photographs and creative writing since the age of seven. When Peter was asked what inspires him to create his art, his reply was, "It is my vision, to truly look and listen to everything around me and to listen to my heart and soul, because that is where my spirituality lives in harmony with me. It gives Peter great pleasure and sense of accomplishment when he sees his artwork (what he refers to his heart and soul) displayed in family and friends homes. "Your destiny is free. It's what you do with it when you finally meet it is what truly and spiritually counts. Do look ahead and be spiritually strong".
