Biographie de l'artiste:

Benjamin McGregor is an Inuit independent filmmaker who grew up in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. He got into filmmaking by filming his friends snowboarding in a local gravel pit just outside of his home town, and since then he has gained a love for narrative filmmaking. He is now completing Capilano University's Motion Picture Arts program in North Vancouver.

Since then Ben has been lucky enough to write and direct award-winning projects that have screened locally as well as across Canada, the US, and abroad (Whistler Film Festival, Los Angeles Recovery Film Festival) and most recently has been nominated for a Leo Award in BC. He is very passionate about stories that tackle social issues and has a love for genre films. Ben has only begun his career and will continue to work in BC, but is very excited to create content locally in the NWT to bring the beauty it has to offer to the mainstream.
