Hello!

I am an Inuvialuk from Inuvik, NWT. I am currently located in the Yukon, where I am taking my Bachelor's in Social Work. My mother is originally from Inuvik, NT & my late father was from Tuktoyaktuk, NT.

I am self-taught, I have been working on my beading techniques for the past 9 years. I found great interest in creating earrings over the years, using it as a hobby for relaxation in my personal life as well as an engaging, healing strategy in my professional life. I find working with your hands is the best medicine for healing

My brand name “East Branch Beads” comes from my cabin on east channel of the Mackenzie River in Inuvik. My cabin was always the place that brought me much of my desire and hope to keep beading as a little girl.
